Training

The user training will cover most of the commonly accessed functions of the system. For example, with a document imaging solution the training would include document capture, data indexing and document retrieval.

The administration training focuses on maintaining the health and recoverability of the system. System administrators will be trained to perform routine system maintenance functions such as database backup, database maintenance, and optical disk format and backup as well as user administration for access to the system. Our vendors also offer more detailed and advanced administrative training that covers the configuration and functionality aspects of the system.

Documentation for systems administration and end user functions will be prepared and supplied at the time of implementation.
