SupportImaging Solutions, Inc. provides first line, post-implementation, support for the Enterprise Content Management software and hardware sold to our customers. Our standard support includes telephone support and remote diagnosis of system components covered under our contract. Scanner and storage system support and maintenance vary depending on the manufacturer and the program desired by our customers. We have found that with experience and training, many of our customers can perform basic support services related to their Enterprise Content Management systems.
Remote System Monitoring
As part of an annual maintenance agreement, customers with a small IT support staff can purchase our remote system monitoring option. On a weekly basis, our technical team will remotely check all the server, system, and application logs; verify that the database is being backed up successfully on a daily basis; verify that database maintenance programs are being run successfully and verify that the optical disk backup and other routine maintenance programs are being run and completed successfully.
On-Site Support Customers with minimal IT support staff or a more complex system may prefer to purchase on-site support. Someone from Imaging System’s technical team will provide routine maintenance or minor software version upgrades at the client site. Major version upgrades and upgrades involving migration of the system to new servers and/or operating system platforms can be arranged and provided under a separate contract.
