Flex.Serv from Imaging Solutions complements a client’s available internal resources with our specialized expertise and professional services when additional support, training or system enhancements are required.
By opening a Flex.Serv account, clients receive the following:
- Guaranteed project support
- Flexibility and control in how Flex.Serv hours are used
- A discounted rate based on the amount purchased in advance
- Monthly statement of the Flex.Serv time used. The statement is a ready reference for available support funds for future activity or projects.
Purchasing Flex.Serv
With the Flex.Serv program, clients pre-purchase a discounted block of time to meet anticipated requirements and only receive those professional services that are needed. This program is less expensive and more convenient for customers who do not wish to enter into separate professional service contracts of limited scope or issue separate purchase orders for each service event. The minimum purchase is 80 hours; travel and living expenses are not included. Flex.Serv hours can be purchased at any time.
