Project Management
Project management is a key and fundamental aspect of implementing an Enterprise Content Management solution. It is essential that these projects be managed carefully and correctly. Successful project management ensures that the critical elements of the project’s success, i.e. presentation, acceptance and user interaction, will be effectively ascertained and implemented.
Imaging Solutions, Inc. has found that the most productive and efficient way to facilitate communication and progress is to have the project managed by an individual at Imaging Solutions and an individual from the customer. Both of these individuals are responsible for the success of the implementation.
Pre-implementation meetings are held between the two project leaders to identify and allocate required resources. Meetings are held to determine goals and objectives of the project with respect to a schedule. Responsibilities are assigned and a schedule laid out with milestones and critical dates.
Imaging Solution’s project managers have earned their CompTIA Certified Document Imaging Architect (CDIA+) Certification. The CompTIA CDIA+ certification is the industry standard for validating document imaging and management skills.
