Implementation
The resources that Imaging Solutions applies to an Enterprise Content Management system implementation depend on the scope and complexity of the system.
During implementation all necessary software and hardware, such as scanners and storage devices, is obtained and the system is staged where the components are configured according to the System Design Specification and then tested.
Systems can be staged at our facility or at the customers site if required. If staged at Imaging Solutions offices, they are shipped to the client site once the configuration is complete. A final test is performed on all components and system training is commenced. Once the system training is complete, the system is rolled out into production. On-site support can also be provided to handle post-implementation issues and questions.
