The Scanner Implementation Program includes:
- Scanner selection consultation to ensure the scanner you purchase meets your business needs and is part of your Enterprise Content Management plan. We offer a variety of production scanner models from leading scanner manufacturers including Kodak, Bowe Bell + Howell, Canon and Fujitsu.
- Scanner configuration support to ensure that the correct interface cards and cables and appropriate scanning software are selected. Operating systems compatibility and environmental requirements are also considered.
- Coordination of the installation process to ensure that all parties are aware of delivery schedules, installation times and any necessary training is scheduled.
- Free phone support (30 minutes to two hours, depending on the scanner model) to assist you in the installation process.
- Advice to ensure that the scanner operators understand the proper way to run, clean and maintain their scanners including warranty options and consumables.
