ScanKare Program

After your scanner is functioning and the proper training has been provided, we take an additional step to ensure proper scanner care and your long term satisfaction.  We call this Imaging Solutions' ScanKare Program.

The ScanKare Program includes:

• For clients located in Connecticut, Imaging Solutions will provide up to 4 hours per year of on-site scanner care. This will ensure that the scanner operators understand the proper way to use, care and clean their scanners. Imaging Solutions will also inspect the scanners to ensure proper maintenance is being performed and that adequate consumables are available.
• For clients outside of Connecticut, maintenance advice will be provided over the phone.
• To ensure your scanner runs efficiently in the future, we offer a wide variety of maintenance kits, rollers and other scanner consumables and supplies.
• Don’t want to be responsible for remembering to order cleaning supplies and consumables?  We can set up a proactive approach to maintaining your scanners.
• The ECM Advisor, our monthly newsletter about Enterprise Content Management that includes helpful hints on how to maximize the productivity of your scanner and your scanning process.
