Imaging Solutions, Inc. Expands Support Team
Bryan Eskew responsible for supporting Enterprise Content Management solutions
Wallingford, CT • March 6, 2006 • Imaging Solutions, Inc. an Enterprise Content Management systems integrator, recently hired Bryan Eskew as a Systems Engineer. Mr. Eskew will be responsible for supporting imaging, document management, data capture, workflow and other Enterprise Content Management solutions, which includes software, hardware and professional services. He will provide system support to internal and external users including problem research and resolution, assist with the coordination of system conversions and upgrades, and help with the evaluation and identification of hardware, software, and training needs.
“Mr. Eskew comes to us with a background in document imaging as well as customer support,” said Thomas Tirone, Director of Client Services. “We are excited to have him join our team of professionals.”
Mr. Eskew has several certifications including Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Certified Novell Engineer (CNE), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and CompTIA Certified Document Imaging Architect+ (CDIA+), the industry standard for validating document imaging and management skills. At his most recent employer, Danka Business Systems, he was system support engineer and assisted System Engineers, Sales Associates and customers with any hardware, software or network problems.
